Corporate TEFL & English Training
How the DiverseFX Corporate TEFL & English Training Works
This process is designed to make corporate TEFL and English training onboarding simple, professional and easy to manage for companies, schools, training centres and organisations. Your organisation can track quotations, evaluation requests, invoices and onboarding progress through the corporate portal.
1. Submit Corporate Enquiry
Submit your company or organisational enquiry through the corporate enquiry form. A secure corporate portal account will automatically be created using your email address and password.
2. Receive Your Corporate Quotation
Our team will review your enquiry and prepare a corporate quotation based on your requested learner quantity and requirements. You will receive an email notification once your quotation is available.
3. Request a 14-Day Evaluation Seat (Optional)
If your organisation would like to review the TEFL course before proceeding, you may request one evaluation seat directly from your corporate dashboard. Once approved, the evaluator will receive login details and temporary access to review the training platform and course material.
Evaluation access is intended strictly for assessment purposes and expires automatically after the evaluation period.
4. Accept the Quotation Online
Once your organisation is ready to proceed, the quotation can be accepted directly from the corporate dashboard. The system will automatically generate your invoice.
5. Invoice & Payment
Invoices and payment instructions are made available inside the corporate dashboard. Payment can be completed via EFT/bank transfer. Additional online payment options may also be available depending on your region.
6. Learner Onboarding & Activation
Once payment has been confirmed, learner onboarding and TEFL course activation can begin. Your organisation will then be guided through the learner access process.
